Ashdown Park Hotel Wedding Photographer  Rachel and Chris

I love working at Ashdown Park Hotel, in East Sussex. Set in the beautiful Ashdown Forest, south of East Grinstead, it is a magical setting for a wedding. I am very privileged to be one of their recommended wedding photographers.

Rachel and Chris had booked me a year before their big day and i had really been looking forward to their wedding. 

Unfortunately the weather was mixed but to be honest Ashdown Park Hotel is one of those special venues that are fabulous both inside and out. Between the showers we managed to create some great images outside using the lake and the summer house.

Following the ceremony, Chris had arranged a surprise for rachel. A plane flew over carrying a very special message for her. 

The whole day went well. As ever it was great to work with my good friend, Toast Master Stephen Hall, who together with the terrific team at the hotel, ensured everything ran like clock work.

Following the speeches, Chris’ step father entertained us with his singing and then we sneaked out to create some more images of Rachel and Chris before the first dance.

Yesterday i received this lovely message from Rachel and Chris.

“Hi Peter.

Thanks for meeting us this evening and talking the time to give us such a personal service.
Now we know you are on facebook, we thought we would drop a quick line to just thank you again for being such an amazing photographer. We are so glad we chose you and honestly do not believe we could have found better.
Seeing our photos set out as per the album has made us so excited again and they are truly wonderful.
We definitely advise anyone looking for a photographer to look no further than this man! Peter’s personal touches, quality of service and perfect eye for lighting/story telling are second to none and have made our whole experience even more enjoyable.
