“IGNITING THE PASSION”
After a lot of interest and requests, Peter is excited to finally announce his brand new Wedding Photography Workshop. This will take place on 9th May 2013 at the absolutely stunning Grand Hotel, in Eastbourne a venue that has been described as “Downton Abbey by the sea”. As the highest rated 5 star coastal hotel in the UK and Ireland, its the perfect location for the Workshop, offering fabulous photographic opportunities regardless of the weather on the day.
These days everyman and his dog has a digital SLR and is a “wedding photographer”. The market place is now vastly over saturated, making it harder than ever to generate a decent living from professional wedding photography.
The trick to staying successful and being able to charge sensible money for quality photography is to make sure you stand out from the crowd. Peter will share his methods to ensure he continues to book more weddings than his local competition without lowering his rates. Now more than ever it is so vital not to try and run with the hounds and to push the boundaries of professionalism and quality.
Peter will share his latest images and ideas, as well as his vision for the way forward out of a recession.
WHO NEEDS TO ATTEND?
The workshop is aimed at both newcomers and the more experienced alike. in fact it is for those looking to ignite the flair and passion inside so that they can leap ahead of the over saturated market place in these trying times. Peter is a full time wedding photographer with 17 years and over 800 wedding experience. During his career he has covered most kinds of weddings from the very basic up to the most elaborate. He has shot all over the UK as well as in Europe.
Peter’s workshops are known for being REAL and HYPE and EGO FREE. His training is refreshingly down to earth, easy to follow and actually works. He tells it as it is and is very laid back and easy to approach on the day as well as before and after the day.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE OFFER?
It will be a real insight into what makes one of the UK’s most in demand wedding photographers tick. Peter will share his work, his methods of shooting as well as detailed marketing and business tips and ideas that actually work!
There will also be an intensive LIVE SHOOT with a bride and groom. Peter will demonstrate his techniques for producing images that separate his work from the competition and allows him to avoid running with the hounds. Attendees will have ample opportunity to try out the ideas for themselves under tuition, so PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR KIT!
Following the practical side of the course there will be an extensive Q+A session as well an opportunity to see Peter’s actual wedding albums in the flesh!
The day is intended to run from 10am to 4.30pm with registration and coffee at 9.30am. However, Peter is known for being available long after his workshops finish. answering individual’s questions or offering advice and critiques late into the evening over a drink or two in the bar.
The price for the full day is £350 per person. This includes extensive tuition, the provision of full course notes, coffee throughout the day, a decent hot and cold lunch and permission to use any images created by the delegates for marketing.
