Photography Training
Photography Training Jason Whitfield – Peter Prior testimonial
I love teaching the art of professional wedding photography!
Photography Training is widely available but unlike so many others, i actually still make most of my income shooting weddings for real clients year round.
During my Photography Training courses i have got to meet many wonderful people and made some good friends along the way. However the best part is hearing how much someone enjoyed the course and how beneficial they found it.
I was really excited to read this recent email from Jason Whitfield who attended both my talk at Park Cameras as well as my Workshop at the Grand Hotel in Eastbourne last month.
Being new to the wedding photography industry and having researched available courses that would be relative to my interests and learning, I came across Peter Priors wedding photography seminars & workshops.
Prior to booking with Peter to attend a seminar followed by a practical workshop booking in Eastbourne, I spent some time viewing Peter’s work. I find Peter’s images to be very inspiring, classic, elegant, timeless, artistic and coupled with his use of ‘black and white’ post processing techniques the results are a creative signature style, which is quite unique.
I would not hesitate in recommending Peter’s seminars and workshops as they are filled with all you need to know information and guidance on how to run a business as a wedding photographer in today’s industry. Business and marketing aside, Peter also demonstrates practical techniques on how to achieve great wedding images. Techniques such as posing, lighting and composition are all covered.
Both the sessions were very enjoyable, relaxed, informal and full of valuable information. Groups are small so the sessions feel very personal and all those who attend get the very most from the sessions.
Both the seminars and workshops are suitable for those new to the industry and also to those who already have experience.
As a novice to wedding photography I am pleased that I first attended Peter’s seminar followed by the workshop as I found the seminar prepared me for the full on practical workshop session. The Grand Hotel was an amazing venue and a fantastic day for all those that attended. There was nothing better than putting theory into practice!
It’s important to know for anyone who is considering booking either or both a seminar and a workshop that if you want to learn and if your passionate about working in this industry then Peter will be more than happy to share with you his wealth of experience and knowledge.
