East Sussex Portrait Photographer Chloe and Family
These days as an Eastbourne Portrait Photographer, I’m finding my clients are wanting portraits that are different form the high key, bland work that so many photographers and studios are offering. What once was “new” is now becoming old and tired.
My work is based on the use of exceptional lighting, a relaxed approach and processing that is far removed form the proliferation of “Instagram” style presets and filters that seem to abound. In short i am producing TIMELESS and GIMICK FREE Wall Art that my clients can enjoy for decades rather than seeing the style date in two years or so.
I have had the privilege of photographing Chloe a number of times over the past few years. However, this time the shoot was different. It was to be of her lovely young family in a relaxed parkland setting.
I met Chloe, Poppy and Luke in a local park on a sunny April afternoon.
Working quickly i selected three locations where i could create the images without “losing” the kids. To be honest both Poppy and Luke were fantastic to photograph! i needn’t have worried.
The locations were selected for the best options for lighting and depth. I love giving my images depth and this location offered exactly the right opportunites.
Shooting on my trusty Nikon in combination with my stunning Nikon 180mm 2.8 lens wide open, i love the 3D effect i produced in conjunction with the dynamic lighting on offer on the day. Once the chilly breeze increased, we moved to the last location where the guys were more sheltered, so that i could complete a fantastic and fun shoot for this lovely family.
